Progress Report #17 - Week 16

Update: Amazingly enough I lost .2 lbs during Thanksgiving week!.   Getting back to tracking and walking this week now that I am back from vacation.

Weight: 264.8 lbs (down .2 lbs from last week)
Waist: 48.25 inches (up .25 inch from last week)

Total weight loss: 16.2 lbs.
Ave. weight loss per week. ~1.01 lbs.
