Progress Report #7 - Week 6

Very busy week.  Lots of time this weekend working with my son's marching band.  Suspect my lower weight loss is because of the added muscle in my legs from walking/working out.

Weight: 270.8 lbs  (down .8 lbs from last week)
Waist:  49.5 inches  (up .25 inches from last week)

Total weight loss:  10.2 lbs.
Ave. weight loss per week.  ~1.7 lbs.
