Progress Report #8 - Week 7

Weight loss has slowed, still loosing so that's a plus.   Looking into what may kick start the weight loss again.

Weight: 270.2 lbs  (down .6 lbs from last week)
Waist:  49 inches  (down .5 inches from last week)

Total weight loss:  10.8 lbs.
Ave. weight loss per week.  ~1.54 lbs.
