I've had a Fitbit for a few weeks now and I have to say I love it! It's convenient and I barely notice it's there.
Advantages:
- Syncs calories burned and step count to SparkPeople.com.
- SparkPeople.com syncs your entered food to Fitbit.com.
- Fitbit emails a weekly report to your email that is easy to read and has all the information you want in one location.
- None that I have found, yet.
This is a sample of part of the report for a week. Weight change and Avg. Sleep are determined by manual user entry. This particular report was missing 2 days worth of calorie data that was sync'd from SparkPeople.com, so the Calories In vs. Out is skewed.
