Weekly update

Was an excellent week. The lower carbs and higher protein is working out really well. Consuming around 100-110g of carbs a day.

Current Weight: 264.8 (Down 3.8 lbs.)

Hopefully this will become a trend.


So far I am having little problem with the snacking urge.

Though I'm having an odd problem that I'm having issues getting enough calories.   A couple days I had to add an additional serving of almonds to get over 1200 calories.  I do not want my body to go into starvation mode.
